"U11 Speed & Agility Class Forming for November & December at The Hab"

 

Power Source is proud to announce we are starting up another speed & agility clinic at The Hab.

This class will run through November and December.

 

Why Will Your Your Young Athlete Benefit From This Program?

  • They will learn simple tips to improve their movement skills, which will
    help them over time to play faster in just about any sport.
  • We’ll build quickness and coordination with challenging but motivational
    exercises and competitions.
  • To reinforce the basic skills they will discover, we blend in a variety of movement-based games that build enthusiasm and teamwork!
  • They’ll be part of workouts specifically designed for the unique needs of
    this age group – a healthy mix of coordination, balance and lots of moving around.

 

Classes run on Saturdays from 5 to 6 PM.
