'Our expectations for this program (Speed & agility clinics) were exceeded. This was the first training of this type that my daughter has been a part of. Jim did a great job of explaining the purpose of each drill and exercise and made the sessions fun and interactive which kept her interested and engaged the entire time.
She now has a better understanding of explosive starts and fast stops and has already been able to incorporate this into her goalkeeping training and in games. This was just what she needed to take her game to the next level.
I would recommend this program to anyone that is interested. There was a great mix of ages and a great split of boys and girls that attended the program. The price was reasonable and the location was great.'

'For field and court sports, this (SAQ 101) was a great program. Teams do not seem to put enough time into conditioning and the basics of speed and agility. If participants put in a good effort during this class, they will gain both fitness and a better understanding of how to move quickly..
My daughter has never been a big fan of running, but found the clinic very enjoyable and gave her a taste of a type of exercise that she has not been that familiar with.'

' I have definitely noticed improvement in foot speed in all the boys, which has directly translated into better defensive positioning as they shut down players driving to the basket, and provide better help defense. Their increased upper body strength has also led to more rebounds and loose ball possessions.
And not only is it (Team Training) a good team bonding exercise, but they're having a blast!
We're talking about 12 and 13 year old boys who look forward to the weekend so they can sleep in...yet every Saturday morning for months we've had 10 to 11 boys ready for their workout bright and early. Not one parent has had any problems dragging their kids to Power Source. And in fact, its probably been just the opposite with kids pushing parents so they won't be late. I guess that alone is a testament to the success of the program.
And when the boys are walking out of the building with big smiles, joking about who won the last competition, and not really thinking about how hard they just pushed themselves...WOW! Getting kids at such young ages, looking forward to working out and staying healthy...that's just great stuff!'

“The program was recommended to us by a friend whose kids have benefited from it. I was looking for something different for my kids, outside of the traditional camps which tend to focus on skills associated with a sport. This program allows the kids to get in the best condition for their sport. Once they are in best physical condition, their skills and talents can take over.
