“My son absolutely loves the program! He wanted to do more! He normally doesn't say much, so when he declares that he enjoys something, then he really does!! Thanks for all your time and dedication. He's already looking forward to next year.”

Meet The New Coaches!!
We are extremely fortunate to have found three outstanding young coaches to be a part of the Power Source staff for 2010. I believe our kids will be thrilled to get to know and work with each of them.
You will find that they are all knowledgeable, friendly, and are the types of people who will make a lasting impact on our athletes. I am proud to welcome them into our program.
To help everyone get to know them a little better, here is a brief bio of all 3 new coaches:
Kayleigh Fournier - Kayleigh is an energetic coach with a degree in Human Performance from Florida Gulf Coast University. Originally from Massachusetts, she couldn't resist the wonderful New England weather and chose to return for her Master's Degree in Strength & Conditioning at Bridgewater State College.
Kayleigh has been into sports from a very early age, and played soccer, basketball and track for 4 years while attending Millbury High. Still highly competitive, she has taken up Olympic lifting and participated in her first event this past February. She came in 2nd for her weight class.
Stephen Hymes - Stephen comes to us with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he was their starting quarterback for 3 years from 2005-2007.
He is a very friendly guy who is easy to strike up a conversation with, and has a passion for training athletes. Stephen is currently serving as a Quarterbacks Coach and teacher at Cloverfield High in Lodi, OH, and is preparing to take the NSCA Strength & Conditioning Certification exam.
Allison Richard - Allison is our lone undergrad. She is currently working towards her degree in Wellness and Fitness as part of the honors program at California University of Pennsylvania, and is expected to graduate in the Fall of 2011.
Allison also has a strong sports background, having played soccer, basketball and track in high school, and also ran as a collegiate athlete.
She comes highly recommended by her supervisor at California University, which has one of the top strength and conditioning programs in western Pennsylvania. Allison served as a volunteer strength coach at the school, and plans to continue working in the S&C field upon graduation.
