"How To Have Athletes In Great Shape And Playing Together On The First Day Of Practice!"
Imagine the value of starting your first practice of the year with a team that is already in great physical condition, and worked together to get achieve it.
If this were true for you, then conditioning would be less of a need, and more time could be devoted to practicing the fundamental skills of your sport, developing team tactics,
and all the other things that give winning teams an edge over their competition.
Having gone through the challenge of getting in shape together, the group bond that is so essential to a winning culture will have already begun to develop.
In the process, you'll put yourselves at a much lower risk of incurring pre-season injuries, like muscle pulls, that can keep athletes out for weeks or more if they are not well conditioned.
And as if those advantages weren't enough, studies have shown that fit players are often psychologically more prepared to handle greater levels of stress in competition, meaning you will be the team to stand strong when the game is on the line.
